Just received these army hangers.

There are 2 problems:
1/ Clip and spring snapped off.
2/ Top fitting has snapped.

The green backing felt is in very good condition so I would like to try and save them if possible.

Any ideas for repair or is replacement the only option?

Check Tom Johnsons website.He has spare bits.
