This reinforces my theory that some of the late dated SA/NSKK were never actually worn. Taken home and put in a drawer.

I agree, but how many do you think were also liberated from a warehouse or a store? I have a couple pieces of head gear that were. So most certainly daggers also. Oh and great NSKK by the way, absolutely stunning!!
