There are quite a few highly rated SA trademarks on Mike's scale.

Which do YOU think is really the rarest ?

This is not a quiz, so any trademark is acceptable. The only rule is you have to post a picture. It does not have to be your dagger or your picture. Big GrinBig Grin

I've had a couple of these in recently and like the name (the battleship of SA's)
The quality on these was also fantastic.

When I bought my Ernst Bruckmann and Eugan Scheidt I googled them and nothing was found as far as on a dealers site or on any collectors forums. The same thing when I bought my RZM 7-69 H A Erbe AG.

I like that Rottgen. And what's with the Rudolf Schmidt? Is it supposed to be the Michelin tire man with an afro? Smile

Here's one I posted awhile back and got some feedback that it was pretty rare. A Friedrich Geigis.

This is a very good thread indeed. Bringing out some very rare makers a couple of which I have not seen before. I have a G.Felix Gloriawerk that I believe is not too common. my stuff is packed away for home renovation but I`ll post a pic asap.

John, I am surprised you would sell that dagger! An early SA with bag is about as rare a factory original as you will find on today's market. Only a bagged SS with presentation in a bag that I have seen would be more rare. Early daggers, even HJs, with bags are hard to find, much more so than an RZM piece, of which I have seen SEVERAL over the years.
