I have a G. Felix SA with the Wm mark. I has the usual brown anodized scabbard and a second bright nickel(?) with a cutout to attach to a belt. I have not been able to find any info on the second scabbard. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I posted this question on the newbie forum and Landser thought it could be a "homer" done by a vet...

More pictures would help. Are there any signs of holes or filled holes in the sides of the bright one?

The holes are there to change the fittings from the brown to the bright scabbard. I have swapped them once about 10 years ago.

I will get more photos this evening.

What you have is one complete original SA scabbard and one original steel scabbard shell + throatpiece. The shell has had the finish removed and has been buffed up to be shiny.

There was never anything like the shiny one actually used by the SA.

Still looks like a nice dagger Big Grin

Dale, Hi ya!
Say I dont own one, not into the italian thing but they a neat looking. You see most with just the chained black scabbard but I have seen a few like 2 that also had an optional plated scabbard. Maybe parade use?? not sure?? I'm sure one of the collectors here will have one to post or know of one. Bret
