Hi Guys,

I stumbled across your site and it looks great!

I've had this dagger for about 10 years and I don't know much about them. I've done lots of reading but don't know if it's real. The name without a logo is confusing me. cross guard stamped "HE" with the name F.W. Holler Solingen.

I've been told 1933 made in the Hessien region.

Rip the band-aid off for me - real or fake?

That's a perfectly legitimate maker mark. What's the rest of it look like?

That is a very early SA and it looks like it's in decent condition from that picture.

PS: looks like there are a few fingerprints on the blade. You will want to wipe those off or they will corrode the steel... eventually.

We would need pics. of the entire grip, blade, etc. etc. to determine the value.
