Nice dagger !

There seems to be an engraving on the scabbard's top fitting part.
It looks to be written "HJ" .
Any close up ?

Thanks for showing this extremely rare maker, is it possible to get a sharper photo of the maker mark? I'm with pat regarding the personalized scabbard. It seems to be “HJ”
Is it possible to get a sharper close up on the engraving as well?

Thanks for the comments - the scabbard is marked HJ - this is a new camera for me - will try to get better closeups of the scabbard engraving for Pat and Sam, and the trademark for Dr.Mike

Try the Macro setting (a picture of a little flower) to take close ups. Also take the pictures outside in the natural light with a dark background.
