Hello,

today i want show you a very rarity Gau Stamp SA for Sachsen on a crossguard from a Haenel SA Dagger from my collection.
I never see befor a Stamp with a big "A".
I meet Mr. Thomas Johnson in Stuttgart at the IWB Show 2007, and show him the Dagger.
And he sayed the same, its a very rarity Gau stamp on a nice Dagger.

Gruß Ralf ( Mikatim)

Updated ! Thanks everyone.

Carl Haas ??

Also, I think that SA in the above photo may not be a gau mark.

Hello Dave, had one to with the "SA" markings
i thought this was a gau mark.
I know John Merling have several with these markings.
Why do you think it´s not gau marks?
Best, Hakan

Dave, on the Haenels, I've seen that variant larger SA Gau mark on quite a few. Just on Haenels though.

Usually the Sa mark has a small letter a instead of a capital letter A. The far left one is SA, the one next to it is Sa.

Here's a picture, I'll have to get a close up at home.
