I have a SA marked RZM 66 1941.My question is the fittings are nickle silver with a group mark of "Mi"is this a parts dagger or is it correct? Mr Johnsons list #107 he has one listed #30 paige 9.At any rate the price was right Free.Thank you Paul

I will say that the bottom handle to crossguard fit looks a little off. By 1941 the crossguard should be plated and not nickel. Also the scabbard looks like the anodized version, it should be painted.

Also RZM daggers are usually not found with Gau marks.

Parts dagger IMO - SA makes all good points I would also expect the grip eagle to be aluminum probably the later blade was fitted to the early parts? But then again the grip fit is horrible.

I would agree with Tom. The eagle and rondel look original to the grip. But that grip isn't original to the guards, the handle and guards isn't original to the blade and the blade doesn't belong with that scabbard.

From the prices I've seen everyone asking . . . and getting . . . I'd say you're still low balling it at $1650 Tom. Big Grin

But be prepared cause I predict, when T. Wittmann's SA book comes out, we'll all be taking Graval just to deal with the heights prices will hit! Eek
