Came across a chained NSKK by this Austrian maker with M5/8 chain. Anyone seen one by this maker before?

Will try to post pictures later.

Best greetings,

Herman

Here are a few shots of this Ludwig Zeitler piece.

I am happy to have found out that this Austrian maker made quality chained NSKK daggers.

Best greetings,

Herman

Thanks Steve!

Yes Mogo: some years ago, a picture set of mine ended up on an E-Bay sale (read scam), so now all of my uncommon stuff photo sets get these watermarks.

Best greetings,

Herman

Herman,
please, would you tell us more about the specifics of this dagger?
Are the scabbard fittings magnetic? Is the chain magnetic? Are the grip fittings nickle silver or nickled pot metal?
Regards,

wotan, gd.c-b#105

It is very difficult to find one of these in this condition. Almost all the ones I have seen would rate only excellent at best.

This is a real beauty

Thanks, Jim!

Hello wotan,

The chain in magnetic but has great patinated plating, grip fittings are nickle plated very light metal and the scabbard fittings are non magnetic.

Best greetings,

Herman
