Hello,
With that cogwheel I would guess some sort of TENO, maybe post war. I have never seen a green and black board before.It certainly is not any TR period "police" organization. Sorry for the lack of help. Regards, W.Unland |

It is not Heeresbeamten shoulder board (another form) or Waffen-SS shoulder board (black underlay for Waffen-SS is the bottom - not second - underlay).
This shade of green is known only for Luftschutzpolizei & Sicherheitsdienst. But LSP has another form of shoulderboards. IMHO it is SiPo shoulderboard for rank equivalent to the ORPO Revier-Offz. Cogwheel is attached mistakenly in place of star... |

The cog wheel devise appears to be the same as found on page 6 in the Army section of the F. W. Assmann sales catalog reprint.
