Found on German E-bay is this interesting photo of a Luftschutzpolizei officer. He is wearing an open collar jacket much like the one posted by Gary a while back. He is also wearing a green piped schirmmutze with officer's cords.

Interesting photo, although how are you, or anyone for that matter, able to tell if the visor piping is actually green from a B&W photo There are a number of factors at work in B&W photos making it impossible to really tell.
