Jacob I think it's the blade and the scabbard that are matching numbers... both have the same plumish finish that caracterize 42asw.


If it's '44 dated, I need it!

When You mean a matching piece the bayonet and scabbard should be have same numbers and makers, so the scabbard should be not dated 1940, but i believe You mean the leather frog. best regards,Andy
