Just bought this bajonet.. but what about the chain ? whats the story is it original ?! Smile my first one ever to see, the bajonet and scabbard have matching serials..

The chain is a modification executed by The Norwegian Historical Society several years after the war. You will find these bayonets from time to time on Scandinavian armsfairs.
