I am afraid it is a copy.
The copies of the Yugo Air Force dagger flooded the European market last year.
The repros has painted scabbard, Eickhorn marked etched blade.

Thanks Janos. I knew that it was a copy but I wasn't sure of what era it was from. I took the easy way out and asked here instead of searching the net.

There are originals out there. Some solingen others not marked and probably made in Solingen.
