Greetings.
Here is, supposedly, the 1939 Yougoslavian Army Dagger. The scabbard I guess is from some sort of bayonet. Unlike Zet, I do not come across many great pieces he posted here, so for now, I am thinking of getting this one.
Any thoughts/suggestions on this dagger, and what is the reasonable price for it.
Unfortunately these are the only photos I have.

The scabbard is a modified Dutch M 1895 bayonet scabbard.

Hello.

As people have pointed out, this is a totally messed with dagger in a replacement (not proper to the country) bayonet scabbard. The two original fittings are not in good condition. the grip has been refinnished or replaced. And the blade has been messed with.

$50.00 maximum unless this scabbard is rare and can be sold on its own.

Even then, do not bother buying it. Either Zet or myself will be happy to sell you a good original at a reasonable price.

Just my opinion
Jim

In fact , the scabbard could be sold on its own - even in this condition .. It is for the Dutch STORMDOLK trench knife , NOT the M95 bajonet . <p> It is wider , and has 2 rivets in the front part of throat , not 1 like the bajonet scabbard . Also note the angle of the backloop for wear on belt ..
