Hi Jim
The scabbard and the cross guard are not correct.
Regarding the blade I never have seen blade with markers mark.
The grip seems to be correct.
For more information please refer the topic for Brannik dagger open by our friend Garry.

I am not an expert on the dagger at issue. However, most of the imperial russian edged weapon which were put up on ebay by this seller were, at least questionable.

Nice points guys,

LWOW, you are quite correct. I just went through his list of offerings including the "doctored" Imperial award dagger.

In fact, I notice all his daggers are "awarded".

Jim, you are quite right about the award thing, he seems to think putting a name and an award to something will give him a higher price. Here is a pilots dagger he sold with an "award" but absolutely no other provenance than a photo of somebody.

The dagger in the link is not known as the model that was awarded.

He also has another one up now.
