I have recently get into possesion of this two portepees. Any Ideas what are they come from and what are they used with ???

The second one, I believe, is for a Soviet Shashka.

I have found it as a french portepee for sword model 1882 |

Due to the coat of arms the first one perhaps is czech.

The first one looks like czech portepee. You need a Mrazek's book about czech edge weapons to identify it.
