This has to be mine. I had anticipated something to the toon of 10"x12" max, with his signature. Seller did not specify dimensions in his description and his photo was somewhat deceiving as it did not provide scale. Anyway, this is the collectible I am most ashamed of. It's signed by Gunther though, so that's cool Smile

Tell me about it. They were the 1st doll to cross societal stigmas. Boys and girls alike could own, play and collect these things without the social ostricization. They made a killing on them. Do you remember in say 1983, parent would wait in line for hours upon hours to buy these things as Christmas gifts for thier kids. Unbelievable.

Anyway, this is another kinda of funny collectible I have. It's from Rota, Spain. These things were made in Toledo, Espania and a popular collectible for tourists, and military people stationed over there in the early 70's. Although not German, as a sword collector, they are quite appripoe. They can still be used during dinner parties...however inevitably they get tossed in the trash by guests.

I`m almost certain my parents have one that they brought back in 68. I`ll have a look next time I go over there. Maybe it will be a rare one that someone will pay a fortune for Big Grin

Here's my most ridiculous collectible, for our Belgian friends, an ashtray featuring the Manneken Pis peeing on a swastika. Enjoy!

Never argue with an idiot, he will only drag you down to his level and beat you with experience.
