Hi guys,
I picked this up yesterday at a small gunshow. I believe it's a piece of the teak deck from the Oklahoma which was sunk on Dec. 7th with great loss of life. Though later raised she was never returned to service. The hand engraved plaque is made from aluminum and the maker ballasted the piece with lead.

That is a very nice piece, to commemorate one of the more tragic casualties of the attack.
