Picked this up with a bunch of marine corps documents today, any know if this is a surrender leaflet or just something someone was goofing around with. Anythoughts?

I have seen a variety of surrender leaflets made by the US, Germany and one Japanese. They talk about home, wives, useless waste of life. One German one showed faked pictures of shot up GIs. They were almost all in two languages and printed, not typed. Never saw one with "nose art" on it

Without any proof at all I would say idle Marines having fun. Really neat though !!

I've had a couple of those Dave but this one is just different, not sure but it could be some GI humor but who knows, marines always were a bit different .
