Hi guys. What makes everyone so sure this is a real Medal of Honor. This very well could be one of the replicas made years ago before the practice was outlawed. Also, did it really sell for only 1,000 Euro? Jim

I understand that the text states the medal cannot be sold in the United States or to a resident of the United States. I don't personally read German but on another site, a Feebay site even, this statement was made. Jim, I think it would be impossible to answer your questions unless the medal were examined and the buyer swore that he purchased it for the stated sum. Too hypothetical for me! Lloyd
