Hi guys, my friend got this small pin (20x29mm). Trying to research it I found this could be related to some club of young american women and girls... but this was one and only poor link. Could anybody provide more info please?

And here is a reverse.
I forgot - there is "U.J.Č.A.Ž" written - I cannot translate but it must be in Czech language...
