Hunter,
It does appear to be an East German rework because of the barrel and receiver proofs but the photos are terrible. The question of value is determinate upon how the gun was arsenal reworked, unless you are just looking for a shooter. If it has a new barrel and was completely DDR reworked the value can be $400 - $800 in excellent condition. This one seems to be at the low end and depends upon what the original parts are and what is forced matched and how. You need more information to make an intelligent decision I think.
