Mike, home from Iraq and going back on April 8th, and me at the local gun range yesterday. Here we are setting up the big gun.

The rest are short video clips that I can't load on this site due to size constraints, but we had a freekin' BLAST!

Mark,
I love your action posts. Wish I could watch your video. Looks like you had a lot of fun and time well spent w/your son before he heads back to the big sandbox. I wish him a safe return. Thanks

Never argue with an idiot, he will only drag you down to his level and beat you with experience.

I shot one for free many times in the mid-1960's when I wore a co-ordinated green outfit.

I hope you moved to some dirt rather than that cement so the cups on the ends of the tripod could dig in. Otherwise you have scooted backwards during each burst Big GrinBig Grin

Impressive gun. You could see the tracers (1 of every five rounds in my day) fly out in a big arc. It shot a long way, but the bullets were relatively slow and dropped quickly.

Dave, we fired it on the concrete and it 'crept' backward about 3 feet after we were finished. Mike did not want to get in the rocks. The tracer rounds richocheted a couple of times and went straight up after hitting something hard downrange. One started a small grass fire and we had to go put it out. They light up about 25 yards out of the barrel. We shot a bunch of ball ammo, but it's not as much fun as tracer.
