Yes Mike, they are real. 8x56 rimmed for the old Austrian-Hungarian Mod. 1895 rifles&carbines. Some were rechambered from the original long roundnosed bullet to a shorter pointed or spitzer bullet. Can't tell which bullet you have but probably spitzer since you have NAZI marked clips. I believe the rechambered guns were substitute issue and thus the ammo you have.
