OK guys this is a first for me, I know my guns pretty good but this one has me stumped. Anyone have an idea who made this and what it's approx value would be. The proofs on it are a crown over N serial number is in the 60K range. Any thoughts?

It looks very much like an old pistol made by a German firm called Franz Josef Stock. Possibly a second generation model, but WW1 era. Maybe marketed under the Stenda name for additional sales. My best guess.

Foxarts guess looks better than mine, although Stock may have been one of the subcontractors.
