I recently picked up a Luger with an un-dated barrel. The maker is DMW and the overall condition is good but not very good. No Waffen Marks but several Imperial Marks. What appealed to me most is a marking unlike others I have seen and its location ( similar to the MGSS below ). If anyone has information on the marking I would appreciate the help very much (The marking is L. S. T. 11.) Thanks and I hope to see you at the MAX. mattcald@bellsouth.net

You have a Weimar era Police unit mark that stands for Rural Constabulary School Trier.

Hi Dow, Thank you for the Ultra Quick response. Is there --- is there a reference list available for these markings? ( Or perhaps there were just to many )?

go to luger.gunboards.com, jan still's website has several section of luger markings by period. He is the best in my opinion
