Your 30-06 cartridges were produced for the US Government for the 1903 Springfield rifle at the end of WW I. Due to their condition I'd place a value of $50-$75 on the bandolier and cartridges. I've actually shot WW I 45acp ammo from this vintage but with this type of corrosion I wouldn't recommend it.
