hi,,,this looks like the bakelite buttstock from a MG-43/Mg-42...

yes thats what i thought, but didnt the yugoslavians produce a model post war as well, and did that have a bakelite stock?

bakelite stocks were produced during ww ii,,,and most likely were produced after the war also by countries that adopted those mg's for use with their own armies...
