The crown does have the Beschaffungsamt issue stamp however it is too feint to photograph(by me anyway)but it is there and just adds to this helmets beauty.

Can you see the date on ther liner band?
The band is zinc, so one would expect it to be
a 1940 dated band (very late issue DD) or the liner may have been switched out of the helmet at some point.

The liner band is dated 1940,although difficult to see properly,but a friend confirmed it too.

Thanks,yes it is hard to find good decent and real double decal,some would prefer a good DD Heer to an SS and I can understand that when you consider the faking that goes on in the helmet hobby.
