I wish I could help, but know virtually nothing about Italian helmets. The German Helmet Walhalla site has a forum for axis allies headgear so you may find some help there.

an italian helmet with original paint and original liner anch chinestraps cost here 200 $ with signs of army like yours, without 100$

- here in the Northeast of the US,, Italian helmets at local shows with liner and chinstrap [NO insignia] go for no more than $60. 2 weeks ago I bought what might be a repaint for $25... They are out there!

I'm not an aficionado on these helmets ,,but these shown here if originals I'm sure go for way more than the norm!
