Just a quick question i am not real up on helmets is there such a thing as combat police decals on this type of lid?

Hi Roy:
I'm not a helmet expert but I can assure you that is NOT a police combat helmet. These helmets are lightweight and were made for the civic organizations such as the "Fire Police". Long ignored by collectors these helmets are starting to come into their own recently and I've noticed increased interest in them. It look like you have a nice example there. What does the inside look like?
