Hi guys.

I have what I believe to be a army range finder. Here is the case. It is almost exactly 24" long

Any info on who used, how rare, etc.

Thank you

Jim

You can see the condition is excellent. It has only one missing part I know of. The small bolt that attaches the range finder to the case (I assume to use as a stand).

Some markings

Dear Jim, not many collectors for Japanese optics. They usually are a hard sell. You at least have a complete example including case/straps etc.I will forward this post with a link to my friend who is much more knowledgible & can provide a value.

Hi Jareth, thank you.

I had never seen one of these and was quite surprised by both the complexity and the condition.

I appreciate the specifics.
