A very interesting grouping! What an unusual attachment method. Is this style of mounting unique to the Japanese? Thanks Geoff. Confused

Hi Geoff,

I have seen some other Japanese medal bars mounted with this kind of hard ware but, I'm not sure if this is the only method of mounting multiples of medals. However, it is quality and from the period.

Hello all, nice medal group John! Thats a very typical medal mount system that the Japanese used. I'm uncertain if it's uniquely Japanese.

Thank you Roberts,

Now I know the mystery and will be able to correctly identify the individual medal's names with the sale of this beautiful medal bar when sold.

The medal bar is for sale at $325.
