These came in my shop with a nice WWII Japanese Rayed flag. Any idea what the armband and little enamel badge is for? ( the paper was folded up inside the box)

Sorry I can't read the kanji on your armband. I'm curious what it says! I also do not recognize the medal. How about a photo of the rayed flag? My favorite type of flag!
