Did Japanese Air Forces have a short wasited flight jacket, cloth with a belt at the waist?

Yes. Both army & navy had short flight jackets. They would be issued with date matching pants. Navy have sewn green exterior label & white sewn in interior label. Army have black ink stamps on interior. Value would depend on army or navy and condition (issued/named is worth more).
