Hey Gang....I have an Emura made officer's Katana with a blue/brown tassel. I was just wondering what the colours represent. Is it rank, perhaps? What rank officer would have used this colour tassel? Your help is greatly appreciated guys!

Rob according to Fuller and Gregory's reference this is for Army Company Officers: Captain, 1st and 2nd Lieutenant and Warrant Officers.
