I know the size of this letter violates the 25 words or less translation limit.
However, I am not asking for a literal, word for word translation-just a summary of what the letter is about. This was found folded inside the Wehrpass of a Wehrmacht Hauptman, who received the IC 1st and 2nd KL in WWI, but
I suspect he was a paymaster or some sort of administrator in WWII.
