The last pic is in Poland, with the horses at the 'cooling off' brush down station

My Polish may be rusty, but Wolno is an adj. for 'slow' I believe?..could make sense in this context as being the area where the horses literally slow down and cool off..could be off base here, but that is what the area at least is.
