Hi guys i picked this up with part of a lot including a photo album. Any ideas whhat it says/is? is it a sports award??

its a sports award allright...I am having a hard time decifering that scribble...but I'll give you what I can read...maybe sombody with better eyesight or a better imagination (thats what it will take) can help...regards...your SteinMeister...Roland.

All I can add is that these awards were issued by the NSRL (sports org.) The small metalic leaf corresponds to the grade of the award, Gilt, or Bronze. I am not positive if there is a silver leaf or not. The ink stamp is from the NSRL and there should be an embossed NSRL eagle on the obverse of the folder.
