Picked up this German navy photo album yesterday. It is a traning school for the Navy. One photo that shows the campus reads Kasernenhof der II M.E.A.I was wondering what it stands for ?This is a drawing done by the Navy man.At the bottom it reads ( Lehrgang 2 MEA 2 komp. The book has about 50 pictures in it.The unique thing about is the handmade drawings that go with this title page.

This is at the very back of the album,a graduation document. The drawing of the two guys hanging against the light pole is only 6.5X5.Inches.The album is not much bigger. It is like everything was minaturized. Thanks for any help

The drawimg with the snake could be for a Sanitätsmaat (medical orderly). Although it doesn't match up correctly to the example in the period uniform book. It's also similar to a Bootsmannsmaat (boatswain mate). That one has a rope and not a snake and it's not so tightly wraped around the anchor. There could be a clue in the text. Hopefully some one can translate it for you.
