I've just received a pamplet & am desperate to translate it. Could someone please help with this paragraph, thanks.

Ist ein Zeichen erworben und verbessert sich der Schütze, so kann er das erhaltene Leistungszeichen gegen das höhere austauschen. Behalt er aber das ersterworbene, ist eine Gebühr von 1.50 RM zu entrichten. Die Ausfolgung der Zeichen erfolgt nur gegen Abstempelung der Stammkarte. Überdies werden bei den Zeichenschaltern auch die kleinen Gauleitstungszeichen zum Preise von 50 Rpf und das Gaumeisterzeichen zum Preise von 1.50 RM ausgegeben.

Does anyone know of a decent translation service & how much they charge? The pamplet is about 20 pages long & I'm failing miserably with the dictionary....

Transl.:If a badge has been gained and the shooter is improoving he can change the once gained badge against the higher one. When he (also wants to) hold the first one he has to pay a fee of 1,50 Reichsmarks. Delivering of the badges only (happen) against stamping of the file card. Furthermore at the badge-desks there are also delivered the small Gau-achievement-badges at a price of 50 Reichspfennig and the Gau-champion-badge for 1,50 Reichsmark.

Please do not apologise, I fully understand which is why I was hoping to find someone who charges a fee.....

On the good side, although the pamplet is 20 pages it only measures 8 inches by 6 inches so is actually quite small.

Do you have a scanner? If so, maybe I could help you (I wouldnt charge you, of course).
If you could email the text to me, I will see what I can do. A good friend of mine, who is often here and helps me at work, is a german citizen, born and raised in Germany but living in Sweden. I could ask him, if you want to. If he can do it for free, Im just glad to be able to help solving your problem (and giving my friend some free labour =)
