I got to looking and at bottom of print under the frame it says Empress of germany Victoria with 2 princes and princess, also printed in germany, I think the kids are wilhelm the 2 princess Charlotte and prince Henry, kinda neat.

Yes, kinda neat is right. Most times these "royal" photos are just postcards, you don't often see large format examples like yours. Very nice score!
