Aluminum hilt stag grips,what is it,looks like an hj knife.Anyone seen one of these?

Makers name on the ricasso but no RZM mark was normaly not used for TR period HJ knifes.

Thanks,Does seem odd,hilt looks just like a dj knife I had and blade is hj looks like,scabbard looks period,its a bringback but could be post 1945 I suppose,guess nobody here has ever seen one like it.

This is one of the left over parts pieces from the 1950s. DJ Knife hilt with period scabbard and new blade

Hello,Got some good info on this knife,a man corresponded with Kuno Ritter many years ago,he stated he made these knives from May of 45 to 48,he said everyone was useing up what ever parts they had left over. cool!Thats about as good a documation as you can find.I sold the knife to the man as he really wanted it for his collection.
