I've seen all kind of modern German knives inspired of TR-examples the last decade. They even made (not puma) a Bowie blade knife with grip and crossguard almost completely based on a enlisted Labour men dagger.

The HJ pattern was made for scouts before the TR era and was made afterwards. That is where all the scabbards with the lip come from Big Grin
