If the "green" is actually faded/tarnished gold this would be a lower ranking Justice Official-- if not--unknown. Looking at the underside of the cording and the stem may tell the tale.

hi i would say that imo this knot with the right slider is worth its weight in gold and it is gold in colour look at the bottom pic,as for lower ranking justice official where does that come from justice is justice,i would say a very rare full leather strap not found very often,thanks for the chance to get the knot.
