The Germans loved to use big demonstrative banners at their rallies, so this could be maybe one of those. Here is a picture of these unique banners at Hitler's Nuremberg rally.

the size of roughly 8 x 9.5 inches would preclude it from being any of these type flags shown,,,

8 x 9.5 inches and $59,000.00 + difference in price..!!
