These are legit.Often referred to as First or "Informal" pattern.See Griffiths book on AH silverware.

This pie server came from the lot as well. All aquired by a vet, I have a hand written document stating how the vet acuired these items. He claims that the pie surver was in AH desk drawer. He and 13 others were "busted down" for stealing these items.
