Real dagger.......fake inscription. Frown

Not even close, one of the worst fake that I have seen lately.

Sorry for the bad news and hope that you can get your money back.

Hi Pat !
I just knew you whould be the first to respond on this dagger Wink Good to hear from you !
You are 100% accurate in your observation.
I knew it was a faked inscription when I bought it just for fun and paid just a couple of hundered dollars for it. I will keep it as a reference if I one day might buy a real one Big Grin
Just wanted your opinion how good or bad the inscription was because I have never held a dagger like this myself.
But most of all it´s a shame that a person can destroy a beautifull dagger like this Mad
Just wanted to add that it is good to be back in the collecting community again after my almost four years old daughter was diagnosed with autism in the beggining of this year
I havent been able to.
Thanks again for looking !
Hakan

Good day, collecting tank! This Dagger is a highly transparent original! I have an agreeing piece of comparison. The corrosion and the arrangement of the dedication are identical. Congratulations on the Dagger! Greeting swr

Hello their species! As said my Dagger is identical and original. Therefore pictures of it are redundant. It is thus at the time that you show times some pictures your alleged originals, in order to occupy your opinions. Greetings from the Restreich

That Haenel SA dagger never was a real Röhm: the placing of the makersmark tells it all (on top of the quality of the inscription as indicated by Pat)

Here is a picture of a real ground Röhm Haenel SA, just compare the spacing.

Best greetings,

Herman

7 Haenel's! Very nice grouping!
Numbers 3 and 4 from the left are (or were) Röhms.

Let's see the dedications if left.

Best greetings,

Herman
