The biggest laugh i ever had was seeing dozens of Wehrmacht tunics in a flea market outside of Gdansk, each with its breast eagle cut off in the usual fashion..totally untouched by moths.. and here in my own collection and elsewhere, i have examples of cut-off insignia that are drastically mothed..!!

Should have kept them together!

Love the cut off insignia!

AFTER ALL THE YEARS I HAVE BEEN COLLECTING THIS IS THE FIRST CUT OFF INSIGNIA I HAVE EVER GOT FROM A VET.
